Welcome to Hachimaul 518! By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of collectibles (graded comics, sealed video games, action figures, etc.), ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • We use secure, collector-grade packaging to ensure safe delivery.

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

3. Preorders & Pre-Sale Items

  • Preorder release dates are estimates and subject to change by manufacturers.

  • No cancellations once a preorder is placed.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • We may offer a replacement (if available) or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

  • No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.

5. Graded Items (CGC, WATA, etc.)

  • Graded items are sold as-is based on their assigned grade. We do not accept returns due to disagreements over grading.

  • For CGC Signature Series items, authenticity is guaranteed—if CGC rejects a witnessed signature, we will assist with resolution.

6. Payment & Fraud Prevention

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

  • If fraud or payment issues are suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or report to authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Hachimaul 518 is not responsible for:

    • Items lost/damaged in transit (once tracking shows "delivered").

    • Market value fluctuations of collectibles after purchase.

    • Minor imperfections (e.g., tiny spine ticks on comics, minor shelf wear on sealed games).
